Luke D. Griffith, Owner
While growing up in Hustonville, KY, Dr. Luke Griffith’s care and respect for animals was engraved at an early age. Living on a cattle farm instilled a deep rooted connection to large animals, but also having many family pets gave a sense of the companionship with the animals that he shared his home with.
In 1999, Dr. Griffith moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky to pursue a Bachelor’s in animal science at Western Kentucky University where he met his wife Kim. They married in 2004. Upon receiving his degree, he graduated and worked in the broiler chicken industry for three years. Deciding he wanted to be more involved in animal health and care, he applied to vet school at Auburn University. Dr. Griffith graduated Auburn in 2011. While in college, Dr. Griffith was active in Veterinary Business Management Association, American Animal Hospital Association, Christian Veterinary Fellowship Society, Bovine palpation team, and as a student member of NMA.
With professional interests in dermatology, surgery, and preventative care, Dr. Griffith says its rewarding to help each pet recover and prevent all problems. Dr. Griffith has an “Alabama Yellow Dog” named Chloe, four children, Isaak, Olivia, Evelyn, and Amelia and is married to the love of his life, Kim. He is a member of AVMA, KAVMA, and American Cattleman’s Association.
Guten Tag, my name is Rebecca O’Brien. I am from a small town in Franconia, Bavaria in Germany. I moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky in 2011 with my two beautiful daughters, LeAnn and Allison. In my spare time, you will find me running outside or lifting some weights at the gym. I enjoy cooking German food with my girls and snuggle up on the couch watching movies. My favorite German food to cook is Jaegerschnitzel which is pork chops with
mushroom cream sauce, lecker! (delicious!)
